This beautiful (and often fun!) process happens in a confidential and peace-orientated space, either in person or remotely, which allows you to feel safe and energetically held. I mentally hold your hand when issues feel painful and I get to witness your joy, lightness and power when you find ways to navigate the difficulties. I help you use your gut and heart when your head is going around in circles! I am your advocate but will also gently challenge you and I may give you homework! I use science and spirituality together to bring you to the best possible place you can be in. We look at patterns of thinking and behaving that are not serving you and explore ways to break those and do things that work. I join you on a journey of self-discovery! Together, we look at problems with objectivity and calm, and we find the solutions that are waiting to be found. I shine a light on who you really are, and I'm particularly interested in your strengths, qualities and what makes you, you. I structure our sessions to help you find answers, solutions, insights and perspectives. I offer you my warmth, empathy, coaching skills, knowledge of the human condition, experience and learnings.
